Your iPhone data may be erased during service. Please ensure you back up your data either on your computer or using iCloud. We will not be responsible for any data loss, so we strongly recommend you back up your device before visiting the service centre.

Update to the Latest iOS

Updating to the latest iOS allows us to properly diagnose your device. Save time by having the latest iOS installed before you arrive.

Turn Off Stolen Device Protection
