Terms & Conditions – Pre-Booking

• 1- Only one device per customer (per name, mobile number, and ID proof) is allowed under this pre-booking offer.
• 2- Devices booked are for personal use only. Resale in any form is strictly prohibited.
• 3- iNvent may refuse or cancel a booking, and forfeit the booking amount, if resale, multiple bookings, or misuse is suspected.
4- The final price is as per Apple's/iNvent's official price list on the date of billing. iNvent may revise the price if Apple's pricing, GST, or import duty changes before delivery.
• 5- Colour, storage, and model are subject to availability. Pre-booking does not guarantee a specific configuration.
• 6- Devices are allocated, and pickup/delivery slots communicated (SMS/call/email/WhatsApp), on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to stock availability.
• 7- Customers must collect the device within the intimated window, with a valid government ID matching the booking details, failing which the booking may be cancelled as per clause 11.
• 8- Unboxing and verification are mandatory at pickup, in the presence of store staff.
• 9- Cancellations before allocation/dispatch are refunded within 7–10 business days. Cancellations after allocation, or non-collection within the intimated window, are non-refundable.
• 10- If iNvent cannot fulfil a booking due to stock unavailability, discontinuation, or reasons beyond its control (including force majeure), the booking amount is refunded in full, with no further claim or compensation.
• 11- Once purchased and invoiced, iNvent's standard Sale Invoice Terms & Conditions (unboxing/activation, exchange/DOA, warranty, data backup, GST, jurisdiction, complaint window, etc.) apply in addition to these terms.
• 12- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the billing city.
