Terms and Conditions of Pre-Booking *

We try our best to adhere to strictest guidelines to control spread of COVID 19. \nHence we will carefully plan our in-store deliveries to avoid over-crowding and maintain social distancing norms. Please visit the store to pick up your latest iPad Pro M1 ONLY at the pre-appointed time and with maximum one person accompanying you .We look forward to your support in this effort.

This Pre Booking only enables priority allocation. It does not guarantee anyone of the availability of device on the day of the launch. Color and Memory option of choice are also subject to availability.

In case the pre-booked model of iPad Pro M1 are offered for purchase then the purchase transaction must be completed immediately or within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the time it is made available for purchase.

The offers available on iPad Pro M1 at the time of pre-booking may be revised or withdrawn without any prior notice. Also, the offers may be valid for a limited period or till stocks last.

Cancellation of the pre-booking is allowed through a written cancellation / refund request. However, transaction charges of 2.5% of the pre-book amount may be deducted while processing the refunds. Customers may also submit their cancellation / refund requests in case P3S Ventures (iNvent) is not able to make an offer of purchase for his / her chosen iPad Pro M1 variant.

All refunds will be processed through bank transfer within 15 days of the refund request.

Product features may vary by model.The Pre-booking receipt has to be produced in original at the time of purchase.

P3S Venture (iNvent) reserves the right to cancel / modify this pre-booking terms and conditions at any point in time without prior notice.

Parties agree that any issues / legal disputes arising out of this pre-booking will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Delhi.

P3S Ventures (iNvent) may share this data with

Apple India Pvt Ltd and its Authorised Distributors like Ingram Micro India Ltd and Redington India Ltd, in case needed for any validation of Bookings or to enable supplies of products.
